2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using https://z-accessories.eu/ (the "Site"), placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

3. Products and Sourcing

All products sold on this Site are aftermarket accessories intended for use with Zeekr vehicles. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Zeekr, Geely, or their subsidiaries. Any references to "Zeekr" on this Site are used solely to describe vehicle compatibility.

Products may be fulfilled either via a dropshipping model (shipped directly from our supplier's overseas warehouse) or from warehouse held by Competition Store Ltd within Bulgaria(EU), depending on the product. The applicable processing and delivery time for each product is detailed in our Shipping Policy.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are shown in EUR and are final, all-inclusive prices. [Note: adjust the following line once your VAT status is confirmed and reviewed by an accountant] — Competition Store Ltd currently operates under a VAT-exempt status; accordingly, no VAT is added to displayed prices, and prices shown represent the total amount payable.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

See our separate Shipping Policy for full details on processing and delivery timeframes. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on supplier and carrier information but are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days, as detailed in our Return Policy. This right is granted by EU law and cannot be limited by these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Competition Store Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Bulgarian consumer protection law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, excluding product images and descriptions licensed from or provided by our suppliers, is the property of Competition Store Ltd.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; EU consumers may also access the ODR platform referenced in our Legal Notice.
