Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently fulfil orders in two ways, depending on the product: dropshipping from our supplier's overseas warehouse, or direct shipping from our own stock held in Bulgaria. The product page and/or checkout will indicate which applies where relevant; where not otherwise indicated, the dropshipping timeframes below apply.

Order Processing

- Dropshipping items: processed within 48 hours (2 business days) of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Items shipped from our Bulgaria warehouse: processed within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in Bulgaria.

Delivery Timeframes

- Dropshipping items: estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your location within the EU and customs processing. Items with dimensions more than 60cm have longer delivery period of up to 3 weeks. 
- Items shipped from our Bulgaria stock: estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location within the EU.

Please note: for dropshipping items, delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance procedures beyond our control. We recommend allowing the full estimated window before contacting us about a delayed order.

Shipping Costs

- Free shipping on all orders over €70, regardless of fulfilment method
- Orders under €70: shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and fulfilment method

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Customs and Import

For items shipped from our Bulgaria/EU stock, no customs duties or import fees apply, as these are domestic EU shipments. For dropshipping items, all prices displayed include applicable charges, and no additional customs duties or import fees should apply to orders delivered within the EU.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at com5ition.store@gmail.com with your order number, and we will investigate with our supplier/carrier as applicable.
